Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Salt and Compass, we understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before making a booking.
Guest House Stays
- Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to arrival: 50% of the total booking value will be charged.
- Cancellations made within 3 days of arrival: 100% of the total booking value will be charged.
- No-shows: 100% of the total booking value will be charged.
Dive Bookings
- Cancellations made 14 or more days prior to your booking date: 50% of the total booking value will be charged.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of your booking date: 100% of the total booking value will be charged.
- No-shows: 100% of the total booking value will be charged.
For PADI courses, please note that once course materials have been issued or confined water sessions have commenced, a partial or full charge may apply regardless of the cancellation timeline.
Weather & Conditions Policy
The safety of our guests and crew is our priority. In the event that conditions are deemed unsafe for diving, Salt and Compass reserves the right to cancel or postpone any dive. In such cases, guests will be offered a full reschedule or a credit toward a future booking. Refunds are not issued for weather-related cancellations initiated by Salt and Compass.
How to Cancel
To cancel or amend a booking, please contact us directly at hello@saltandcompassmaldives.com as soon as possible. Cancellation requests must be received in writing to be considered valid.
